Marketing Technology That Matches the Size of the Business You Actually Run

Tech is everywhere and cheap to build now, yet a lot of businesses still are not growing. It was never really about the tech, it is about which two or three tools you actually need, wired together properly.

Talk About Growth Take the Assessment

A five-lead-a-week service business does not need a full ERP with inventory modules it will never touch. A local retailer does not need Salesforce. Most businesses get sold marketing technology the way they get sold everything else — priced by how impressive it sounds, not by what the business genuinely needs to stop losing enquiries between the ad click and the sales call.

How we work it

What we actually do.

We look at where leads are actually leaking — usually somewhere boring, like a CRM that does not talk to the website, or a form that submits into an inbox nobody checks on weekends — and fix that specific gap. A customised CRM wired to your actual sales process, a proper tracking setup so ad spend is not being reported on guesswork, that is where we start. Not a platform migration nobody asked for.

A lean stack that closes the gap between a click and a paying customer, sized to your business, not to what a software vendor's sales team gets commission on.

In detail

Marketing technology, MarTech if you want the shorter word for it, covers a genuinely wide range of tools — data platforms, automation systems, content and creative tools, analytics, and CRM. Most of it is built for organisations several sizes larger than the one reading this. We do not sell the full stack. We look at where a specific business is actually losing money and recommend only what closes that gap. On the data and CRM side, that is often the highest-impact fix we make: a customised CRM that actually reflects how your sales team works, connected properly to your website and ad accounts, so a lead from a Meta campaign does not sit unseen in a spreadsheet for four days. We also work with warehouse-native setups (tools like Snowflake or BigQuery) when a business genuinely has the data volume to justify one — which, honestly, most small and mid-sized Hyderabad businesses do not yet, and we will say so rather than sell it anyway. On execution and automation, that means lifecycle and campaign tools — platforms like HubSpot, Marketo or Braze for businesses with real repeat-customer journeys to manage, set up to actually run without someone manually exporting a spreadsheet every Monday. On the measurement side, we set up GA4 properly (a surprising number of accounts are still tracking incorrectly, or not at all) and connect it to dashboards in Tableau or Looker that someone in the business will actually open, not a report that gets built once and forgotten. We are not authorised resellers of any platform we mention here and we are not paid by any vendor to recommend their tool — client logos and platform names on this page are shown under fair use to describe what we work with, each one links back to the vendor's own site. Our job is choosing and wiring the right small set of tools for your actual business, out of our Gachibowli office, the same team that runs your ads and SEO, since 2017. If a proposal from anyone, including us, includes a tool your team will not use in six months, that is worth questioning before signing anything.

What changes

Practical outcomes.

  • A CRM and lead-tracking setup wired to how your sales team actually works, not a generic out-of-the-box configuration
  • Honest scoping — we will tell you when a tool is overkill for your current size, not upsell you into it
  • Analytics and dashboards (GA4, Tableau, Looker) someone in the business will actually check, tied to the same reporting as your ads and SEO

Platforms we work with

Not certified partners. Just tools we actually configure.

Questions

Before you ask.

The software layer behind marketing — CRM, campaign automation, analytics, data tools. The category is large, but almost no business needs all of it. We size the stack to what your business genuinely runs on.
No — we are not authorised resellers or certified partners of any specific vendor. We recommend and configure tools based on fit, and reference platform names and logos under fair use, each linking to the vendor's own site.
Often yes, but a lightweight one properly connected to your website and ad accounts — not an enterprise platform built for a sales team ten times your size.
It is the plumbing behind everything else — see our Digital Marketing, SEO and Social Media Marketing pages for the campaigns this technology actually needs to support.
