Anand Kumar co-founded HashAdv in 2018 alongside Kranthi Vidhatha, bringing the brand and creative operations side to a business that started with a marketer's read on strategy. He leads the creative direction at HashAdv, shaping brands through design, strategy, and campaign thinking. From the earliest brand concepts to the final creative rollout, he focuses on building identities that stay consistent across every platform and every customer touchpoint. With a background in graphic design, he continues to work closely within the creative process rather than simply directing it from a distance. He develops brand concepts, refines visual identities, reviews design changes, and ensures every creative piece follows a clear visual language. He works alongside the creative team to set direction, guide execution, and maintain quality across branding, digital campaigns, print, packaging, and social media. Creative leadership here is about creating systems that keep a brand consistent, not just producing individual designs. He also leads creative discussions around campaign ideas, messaging, and brand positioning, helping turn business objectives into practical creative strategies that can be implemented step by step. The focus is always on thoughtful ideas, strong execution, and campaigns that grow with the brand over time. Inside HashAdv, design and media sit under one in-house team rather than being farmed out — which means creative direction here isn't a deck handed to an outside studio, it's a standing part of how every client's brand actually gets built and kept consistent over time.
